Introduction : This document will provide you with the information on how to set up Widgets.

As shown below click on the 4 boxes option to see the options on Widgets.

  1. Install Limecall on your website

  • With this option you will be able to install the Widgets on your website, follow the below steps to continue on the installation.

  • You can now install using the “JavaScript Snippet”.

  • Click on the arrow to find the options available.

  • Copy the link and insert the script on your website preferably.

  • We also have an option to add the widget on the page using “WordPress”.

  • Click on the WordPress symbol shown below and you can use the Zip File and then you can open the WordPress account.

  • Google Tag Manager : Copy the link and paste it on GTM.

  • Send your snippet to your team mate : This is an option where you can send the link to the IT manager or any other person who will be the admin for the account.

2. General Settings :

  • Next option: Customize your widget with zero coding and provide personalized resolutions to your customers.

  • Under the General Settings we have various options to set up the Widget as per the company requirements.

  • Please follow the below steps :

  1. Widget Name : You can set a default name for the Widget.

  2. Email Notification : Add an email address in the space so you receive all the notifications.

  • Company : You can add your company Logo which can be embedded in the widget.

    • Supports jpg, png, jpeg, svg

    • Max File size 5 MB

  • Widget Language : As of now you can have the Language names updated which is English / French and German.

  • Business email only : This option would allow prospects to enter only business accounts in the widget.

  • Call Recording : You can turn it on if you need the recordings of the calls so you can validate the calls.

3. Set Business Hours :

  • This step is very important so it would notify the online and offline hours.

  • Click on the arrow mark to show the options to set the business hours.

  • Update the Timezone based on your business.

  • Once you turn on the “LimeCall will go online and offline based on your team’s schedule and availability” option you will be able to set the business hours for each day as shown below.

4. Style your Widget

  • Next, we have on the Widget list is styling your widget aligning the company requirement.

  • You can preview the changes you make to the Widget on the page, this is a live change which would show up.

  • There are 3 different themes which can be added to your widget.

  • You can use it based on your company requirements.

  • On the Classic Widget options you can also see the below animations.

  • This option allows you to add the Style of how the Widget should pop up or should slide.

  • We also can set the details as to what has to be visible on the Widget.

  • Once you turn on the WebCall option to ON and also turn ON all the options like Name, Email, Team.

  • The widget will change the look and also if the web visitor updates all this information, you have the complete information to add it to your Leads.

  • See how the preview in the right hand side changes once you turn the Name, Email, Team to ON.

  • Once you turn on the Call Me Back option it would reflect on the Widget.

  • Look into the changes we have on the Right hand side once we turn on the Name, Email, Team.

  • The header text and the Button Text are editable.

  • Next option is “Call Me Later”.

  • Look into the changes we have on the Right hand side once we turn on the Name, Email, Team.

  • The header Button Text is editable.

  • We can also change the option for the Web Visitor to leave a message.

  • Just Turn on the Leave Message option and view the Widget options on the Right hand side as shown in the below screenshot.

  • We also have a way to change the color of the Widget visibility.

  • The options mentioned below can help it.

  • You can also add Social Proof, Legal information and Privacy Note as per the requirement by turning it on and updating the information in the spaces provided.

  • Same kind of changes can be made for Smart and Modern themes as well.

5. Greetings :

  • Next on the list is how we can edit and style the Greetings option.

  • Let’s see how we can customize the widget as shown in the below instructions.

These are the options on how you can edit the button which can show the widget.

  • Button Colour - You can set the color based on the company logo color.

  • Online Greetings - What you need to say when you are online.

  • Offline Greetings - What you need to say when you are online.

  • Position On Page - Where do you want the Widget to pop up.

  • Button Shape - We have 2 options - Square and round - Choose based on your requirement.

  • Bubble template - Any template you need you can add it.

You can also preview on the right hand side.

6. Teams :

  • You can select the teams where you want to show the widget for.

  • Also if you want it on all the teams, you can select default.

7. Security :

  • You can add the domain name as shown below:

8. Instant Response :

  • We can set the responses to be sent to the web visitors.

  • Once you turn on the Instant Responses ON - You will be able to set automatic responses based on the calls.

  • You can also add an ID from where the message would be sent from - Sender ID.

We can edit the message on this option.

  • Successful Calls : Once you make a call and you are able to reach the web visitor.

  • Missed Call : As the name says - when you call and the web visitor did not pick the call.

  • Scheduled Appointments : Once you schedule an appointment this message will be sent to the web visitor.

  • Cancelled Appointments : If any cancelled appointment a message will be sent out.

  • Call Reminder (Customer) : A customer receives a reminder for the call.

  • Call Reminder (Agent) : An Agent receives a reminder for the call.

  • You have a list of the placeholders which can be inserted in the html format to pick the details automatically.

9. Custom CSS and JS :

  • You can also customize your widget with CSS or JavaScript codes by placing the codes here.

10. Where should the widget appear?

  • List the page where you would like to display the widgets.

  • You can add as many pages as per your requirements.

11. When should the widget appear ?

  • You can customize the behavior of the Widget based on the options available.
