What is the time limit per call for Limecall?

For the Free plan, the maximum duration for a call is 5 minutes or 300 seconds once the call gets connected.

For the Paid plan, the maximum duration for a call is 10 minutes or 600 seconds once the call gets connected.

You can call the customer back if the call disconnected because of the duration limit using the Recall option. The Recall option is only applicable for the customers who requested the call over the phone, not for web calls.
