LimeCall provides the flexibility to change each and every agent's working hour in a friendly manner in our Settings>>Personal>>Availability tab.

  • You can turn the “Set your working hours” option ON to get more information.

  • Once you turn the option “ON” you will be able to see more information below where you can update the Time Zone and your work hours as shown below :

  • You can also set the meeting hours you will be available for the demo sessions.

  • Pre-planning the sessions and updating the offs can be done in the below mentioned option.

  • You can also pre-plan your break timings so it would not clash with your demo sessions.
