1. Install Widget (using GTM, javascript or WordPress)

Setting up LimeCall is very simple. All you need to do is to place your individual ”Installation Code” (JavaScript) on your website.

We recommend placing the code before the closing tag </body>.

2. Working Hours and TimeZone

  • Once the Installation of a widget is done, set the working hours and timezone for your widget and agents Individually

Widget Working Hours

  • These are the Business hours of the Company.

  • We can set working hours for the widget, so the widget will only be shown for the configured working hours.

  • For the ease of use, we have different ranges (All days, Monday-Friday, Monday-Thursday, Saturday-Sunday, etc) that can be directly used to set the working hours.

  • It can be set here:Dashboard>>Widget>> Set Your Business Hours

  • Click on the “Widgets” option and you will be able to see the above page.

  • You will be able to see the option “Set Your Business Hours” and you can turn on the button - “Set your company’s business hours to let your customers know about your availability” from Grey to Blue.

  • Set office hours during which your consultants are available.

3. Configure the Domain

We can add domain URLs to install the widget on specific domains.

To do this go to LimeCallDashboard >> Widget

  • Once you click on Widgets, you will be landed on the page showing below.

  • You can now scroll down to the option “ When should the widget appear?”.

  • This option helps us to locate the widget on the required websites / page.

  • Click on the arrow options and you can update the URL where you will need the widgets to appear.

  • Click on Save and Close.

4. Configure the Forwarding Number

This step let's configure how their calls can be forwarded.

  • Limecall offers you the opportunity to purchase or choose a number that you want your prospects to view when you call them.

  • For instance, if you are calling prospects in London from India, you can avail of a number which showcases that you're currently calling from London.

  • At LimeCall, You can add/update the forwarding numbers, a forwarding number is a number on which you would like to receive the calls.

  • Buying a number is an optional feature.

  • To do this go to LimeCallHomepage >> Settings >> Personal >> Call Forwarding and Click on Call Setting

  • Also, you can enable the option to Receive calls in Browser from here.

5. Invite your Team

All your team players must get insights from LimeCall.

6. Assign Teams to Widget

Every business runs with the help of the teams, with Limecall we can:

  1. Create Teams.

  2. Add Team members with different roles.

  3. Map team members with specific teams as described in the first step.

7. Customize Widget

  • Here you can customize the widget as per your requirements.

  • Click on the arrow and on each tab, you can configure the settings for the widget as well.

8. Enable Push Notifications

Alerts help keep you in the loop whenever a customer triggers events on the LimeCall Page.

  • Receive Alerts by both Email and Slack, and configure them in the Settings menu.

  • To do this go to LimeCallHomepage>> Settings >> Profile Setting

  • You can set up push notifications if you want to get notified as soon as one of your teammates mentions you or assigns you a deal
