1. Install Widget (using GTM, javascript or WordPress)

To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard >> Settings >> Installation and Click on the Code and copy.

Setting up LimeCall is very simple. All you need to do is to place your individual ”Installation Code” (JavaScript) on your website.

We recommend placing the code before the closing tag </body>.

2. Working Hours and TimeZone

Once the Installation of a widget is done, set the working hours and timezone for your widget and agents Individually

Widget Working Hours

These are the Business hours of the Company. We can set working hours for the widget, so the widget will only be shown for the configured working hours.

For the ease of use, we have different ranges (All days, Monday-Friday, Monday-Thursday, Saturday-Sunday, etc) that can be directly used to set the working hours.

Agent Working Hours

While this is personal hours to be set individually by each employee

Set office hours during which your consultants are available.

3. Configure the Domain

We can add domain URLs to install the widget on specific domains.

4. Configure the Forwarding Number

This step let's configure how their calls can be forwarded.

To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard >> Settings and Click on Call Setting

Limecall offers you the opportunity to purchase or choose a number that you want your prospects to view when you call them. For instance, if you are calling prospects in London from India, you can avail of a number which showcases that you're currently calling from London.

At LimeCall, You can add/update the forwarding numbers from here, a forwarding number is a number on which you would like to receive the calls.

Buying a number is an optional feature.

5. Invite your Team

All your team players must get insights from LimeCall. Not sure who those players are? We put together a guide on how each department benefits from Limecall insights.

LimeCall plans include as many users as you need to access your analytics. No need to juggle licenses, simply get the whole team on board.

6. Assign Teams to Widget

7. Customize Widget

8. Enable Push Notifications

Alerts help keep you in the loop whenever a customer triggers events on the LimeCall Page. Receive Alerts by both Email and Slack, and configure them in the Settings menu.

To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard >> Settings >> Profile Setting

You can set up push notifications if you want to get notified as soon as one of your teammates mentions you or assigns you a deal

1. SMS: Configure types of notifications that you would like to receive through SMS

2. Email: Configure types of notifications that you would like to receive through email

3. Slack: Configure types of notifications that you would like to receive through slack

9. Connect to all your favorite tools
