Deals

(All the assigned leads can be seen under this section, along with other details like (Lead ID, Phone number, Duration, Assigned To, Score, Type, Created At, Contact associated)

1 . A lead can be reassigned to another team member through the Actions column.

2. A contact associated can be viewed

3. A deal can be staged into different stages like (Assigned, Qualified, Negotiation, Won, Lost)

4. You can put different filters and see the required deal staged into different stages like (Assigned, Qualified, Negotiation, Won, Lost)

Task

All types of created or generated tasks (To-do, SMS, Email, Call) can be seen under this section along with other details like task Summary, Priority, Due date, Owner, Status)

1. A task can be dynamically assigned to team members from the assigned to dropdown

2. You can view & update the status of each task from the status dropdown

3. You can put different filters and see the required data for the tasks.

Schedule Calls

All the assigned scheduled calls can be seen under this section along with other details like (Lead ID, Contact number, Customer name, Created At, Scheduled At). A scheduled call can be canceled or rescheduled through Actions column.
