When you check your leads details, there is a button which you can see, which has a phone icon where it can enable you to call your customer directly through the panel.

This option is still under development on the Web application and is fully available in the Mobile app only.

To call a previous lead :

  • Go to leads

  • Go to lead profile by clicking on the Lead ID

  • Then press on phone icon to make a call directly from the dashboard.
