If a customer gets in touch with your business outside your office hours, the Limecall widget will show them a scheduled callback popup instead.

The prospect will be allowed to leave their phone number and choose a time for a scheduled callback during your working hours the next day. This will allow you to still capture your interested customers even after working hours.

Set Your Working Hours

Due to the default option , your office hours will be set from 9am to 5pm on weekdays.

There’ two way to set up your working hours;

1. Widget > Business Hours [Office business hours]

2. Personal Setting > Business Hours [Employee working hours]

You can change your office hours under "Widget" > "Business Hours". You can now set your hours anytime of the day.
