All your leads are saved in the Leads module. You can use filters to search them, analyze the conversations, and see the lead details.

1. Go to Leads tab:

a . Call Types

There are 4 types of call:

  • Live Call (Two way instant connection. Live Call it's when the customer put their phone number on the widget - in case the admin can't answer the call we can call them back with the number provided.)

  • Scheduled call (customers can order the call for a chosen day and time)

  • Message (customers can also leave a message)

  • Digital Call (It’s an instant call from any digital platform. Digital Call allows customers to call from the page they are already visiting. Customers don’t need to install anything or open additional tabs.)
