For your brand to tap qualified leads, it is essential that you first identify what type of leads you have in hand. Here is when this feature of Limecall jumps in. When you go to your dashboard, select the ‘Leads’ category. Immediately you will have all the lead information right in front of you. In the top last column, there will be a category called ‘Score’.

In this section you can categorize your lead in 3 segments:

  • Qualified (A potential sales lead)
  • Bad Fit
  • Spam
  • Unqualified
  • Hot prospect
