You can set the call algorithm according to the dialing sequence - random, simultaneous or rated.

With Call Algorithm you can select from 3 options:

  • Simultaneously ( Where two of your team members will cater to the call at the same time)

  • In a sequence (Where the call will be conducted by your team one after the other in a line)

  • In a random sequence( Where either you will receive the call or one of your peer's will)

It is ideal to always ensure that your users receive the call first because it showcases that you prioritize them highly.

To go to call settings, click on your Dashboard, choose Settings and hit the Call Settings
