Through Javascript

Setting up LimeCall is very simple. All you need to do is to place your individual ”Installation Code” (JavaScript) on your website.

Step : 2 Working Hours and Timezone (profile + widget)

1 . To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard >> Settings >> Profile Setting

2. Click on Working Hours category and set the time as well as the time zone when your team will be available to assist potential prospects. 

Step 3. Configure the domain

1 . To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard >> Widget

2. Click on Available Domains

3. Enter your websites Domain Name and Click on Add

4. The Domain name will be added Successfully

Step 4. Configure the Forwarding Number

Choose a number you want to display on the customer and consultant’s mobile phone.

In this feature, Limecall offers you the opportunity to purchase or choose a number that you want your prospects to view when you call them. For instance, if you are calling prospects in London from India, you can avail of a number which showcases that you're currently calling from London.

1. To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard >> Settings and Click on Call Setting

2. Next, Click on Caller ID

3. Enter the Number and Save it

Step 5. Invite team members

1. To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard>>Users

2. Click on Add User

3. Enter the Respective Details and Click on Save

4. Invite will be sent automatically to their respective email address

 Step 5. Assign teams to widget (in widget settings)

1. To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard>>Widget and Click on Teams

2. Select the Respective teams and Click on Update

Step 6. Customize widget (triggers, design)

To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard>>Widget and Click on Design

Step 7. Enable Push Notification

You can set up push notifications if you want to get notified as soon as one of your teammates mentions you or assigns you a deal

1 . To do this go to LimeCall Dashboard >> Settings >> Profile Setting

2. Click on Notifications and select via which you want to get notified. Email, Slack or Desktop

Click on any of the options and Update it!
