For security reasons, by default, we limit the number of possible call back requests from one user to 2 requests per hour.

You may access it via Dashboard >> Setting >> Call Setting

So if you've tested LimeCall and requested more than two calls you'll see the screen appear as "All our consultants are not available".

This setting can only be altered by the LimeCall team. If you wish to change the settings please write to us via chat or email
