For security reasons, by default, we limit the number of possible call back requests from one user to 2 requests per hour.

You may access it via Platform>>Calls option scroll down to see “Advanced call settings”.

  • This option helps “Setup the settings for your call”.

    • Call Algorithm : You can set up the call algorithm based on the company requirement.

    • Call direction : You can set up how you can receive the call either from “Client to customer service” or “Customer Service to client”.

    • Maximum call time needs to be updated in seconds which can help you to maintain SLA.

So if you've tested LimeCall and requested more than two calls you'll see the screen appear as "All our consultants are not available".
