Organize Your Leads with Powerful Tags and Segments in LimeCall
Take control of your lead management with LimeCall's intuitive tagging and segmentation features!
Here's how to create a system that keeps your leads organized and easily filterable:
1. Accessing the Lead Qualification Settings:
Navigate to your LimeCall dashboard and head over to "Settings."
Locate the "Lead Qualification" section (it might be under a different name depending on your specific LimeCall version).
2. Building Your Tag Toolbox:
Within the "Lead Qualification" section, you'll find options to create and define Tags for your leads. These tags can represent various categories like Lead Source (e.g., website, referral), Lead Stage (e.g., new, qualified), or Defined Interests (e.g., marketing, sales).
3. Crafting Segments for Targeted Outreach:
Go beyond individual tags by creating Segments. Combine multiple tags to group leads with specific characteristics. This allows you to tailor your communication and marketing efforts to distinct lead segments for increased effectiveness.
4. Applying Tags and Segments to Leads:
Once you've defined your tags and segments, it's time to put them to use! Within the "Leads" section of your dashboard, or while viewing individual lead profiles (preview or full view), you can easily apply relevant tags and segments to each lead.
Assign your lead to a Pipeline and set 'stage'.
Once you have defined Stages and Segments, they will automatically be displayed as options for your Leads.
Select 'Add Tag' to add tags to your leads.
