Here's what you can do with SMS Reminders:
Craft personalized messages: Include placeholders like customer name and a reschedule link.
Ready to get started?
Go to "Settings > Platform > Auto Response". Turn on your Instant Responses.
2. Enter the Sender ID. This will be displayed in your SMS.
3. Select which reminder you wish to activate. and turn 'On'.

4. With the body of the message, use the pre-populated SMS or create your own.
5. Personalize your message with placeholders if required.
6. Your changes will auto save.
Note:
SMS reminders have a 160-character limit.

To send SMS using a US number to another US number, please ensure you've registered for 10DLC.
