Yes, your customers will be notified of a missed call by email, if you capture there email within the widget.

Add another of level of notifications to your customers by sending notifications using sms.

Here's what you can do with SMS Reminders:

  • Craft personalized messages: Include placeholders like customer name and a reschedule link.

  • Schedule reminders at the perfect time: Choose when the message is sent before the appointment.

Ready to get started?

  1. Go to "Settings > Platform > Auto Response". Turn on your Instant Responses.

2. Enter the Sender ID. This will be displayed in your SMS.

3. Select which reminder you wish to activate. and turn 'On'.

4. With the body of the message, use the pre-populated SMS or create your own.

5. Personalize your message with placeholders if required.

6. Your changes will auto save.

Note:

  • SMS reminders have a 160-character limit.

  • You'll need SMS credits to use this feature (learn how to top up here).

  • This feature may not be supported for all phone numbers. Contact support if you encounter any issues.
