Absolutely! With LimeCall you can manage your call representative's availability with ease.

Here's how:

1. Accessing Call Rep Availability:

  • Log in to your LimeCall dashboard and navigate to the "Settings > Users & Teams" section.

2. Identifying the Call Rep:

  • Find the specific call representative whose availability you want to adjust.

3. Managing Availability:

  • Look for a section labeled "Availability". This button will allow you to disable working hours for the call representative for this particular day, however, at the beginning of the next available day, the rep's availability will be reactivated.

4. Disabling Availability for a longer period of time:

  • For a longer period of time. You can disable the rep's account for temporary unavailability and reactivate it when required.

5. Saving Changes:

  • Changes are auto saved.
