Here's how to schedule a callback with a lead using LimeCall:

For Existing Leads

1. Locate the lead:

  • Access your LimeCall dashboard and navigate to the "Leads" section.

  • Use search filters or browse through existing leads to find the specific one you want to schedule a callback with.

  • Select 'Preview'

2. Initiate the callback request:

  • Once you have identified the lead, locate the "Schedule Callback" option associated with their profile.

3. Customize your callback details:

  • A pop-up window or dedicated interface will appear, allowing you to personalize your callback request.

  • Choose the preferred date and time: Utilize a calendar and time picker to select a time that works best for both you and the lead.

4. Send the callback request:

  • Once you've selected the date, time, and (optionally) added a message, click the "Schedule Meeting".

LimeCall will handle the rest:

  • The lead will receive an automated notification via their preferred communication channel (e.g., text message or email) confirming the scheduled callback. They will have the option to accept or reschedule the call if needed.

You will receive a notification and reminder when the scheduled callback time arrives.

For New Leads

1. Navigate to the Home section:

  • Access your LimeCall dashboard and navigate to the "Home" section.

  • Select the 'Callback' Icon.

2. Customize your callback details:

  • A pop-up window or dedicated interface will appear, allowing you to personalize your callback request.

  • Choose the preferred date and time: Utilize a calendar and time picker to select a time that works best for both you and the lead.

4. Send the callback request:

  • Once you've selected the date, time, and (optionally) added a message, click the "Schedule Meeting".
