Here are the main issues that may cause your Web Call feature not work and how to resolve the issue.
Please check the following steps have been completed:
Are Widget Web Calls enabled?
To enable Web Calls go to Widgets > Communication Channels
Scroll down to 'Web Calls' and ensure the option is 'ON'.
The updated settings will automatically save.
2. Test your Web Call
Now you have successfully enabled Web Calls, let's test it.
Click on the 'Test Widget' button, located in the top right of your page.
Your Test Widget page will open in a new tab.
In the right window, select the 'Smart' template.
Click on your Widget and thew instant Web Call will be initiated.
