Here are the main issues that may trial not to work and how to resolve the issues.

Please check the following steps have been completed:

Account Status Verified

If your trial account is not Activated or Verified it will not work.

Have you:

  • Verified your email address?

  • Verified your phone number?

  • Received your verification call from our team?

If your account has not been activated or verified by our team please contact us at support@limecall.com

Trial Expired

Your trial is valid for 14 days from the date of sign up. You will receive a notification via email when it expires.
