LimeCall allows teams to collaborate easily and effectively which is particularly useful for businesses with multiple users and departments.

Let's take a look...

  • Assigning a lead

A Lead Owner is the user or team responsible for the lead.

Once assigned, the lead will appear in the Your Leads view of their account and can manage the lead effectively.

Following a call, the Call Summary window will appear.

When updating the lead information, assign an owner by selecting from your companies users or teams.

In the Lead Page you can instantly assign an owner.

  • Share A Lead

Share a lead in the Lead Preview section, assign owner, and share the lead with others.

  • Mention a User or Team
