Here's a complete walk through of your Conversations Page. LimeCall's powerful SMS inbox allows your team to view all your customers’ messages in one place, collaborate efficiently, and improve response times.

SMS messages will appear in your Conversations Inbox and within the activity section of the contact.

If you've purchased a valid LimeCall Virtual Number, you will also receive WhatsApp messages into your Conversations Page.

Your team can access all Quick Replies within the Conversations Inbox.

Select the reply, it will populate on the text box, review the message and click 'Send'.

Add notes, comments and share conversations between your teams.
