Go to Quick Replies
Add a Title.
Sort your Quick Replies between Leads and Customers.
Create your reply, insert 'personalisation' if required.
Save.
Once saved, your team can access all Quick Replies within the Conversations Inbox and select the Quick Reply button.
Select the reply, it will populate on the text box, review the message and click 'Send'.
