Retry Failed Calls

You're now able to switch off automated calls.

If you need some time before a call when a callback request comes in, switch this off.

Expand the "Premium Call Features" option to view and make changes.

Enable or disable the retry failed calls with one click.

Here is how you can update the information for Retrying.

Switch Retry Failed Calls to OFF, to disable automated call back.

You may also adjust the rules for automated calling by:

  • Failed to Connect Agent

  • Failed To Connect Customer

  • Failed By Customer Or Agent

Also adjust maximum retry attempts and the duration (in minutes) between retry attempts.

Click 'SAVE' to to implement changes.
