If a lead or customer requests a call, but does not receive a call, LimeCall displays a message with an apology and offers the possibility of rescheduling the call for a different time.

LimeCall will send a notification via email and SMS with information about the missed call to the agent or teams responsible for handling the calls.

The information will include details such as the date of the missed call and will include lead details.
