What happens if a customer or agent doesn't answer a call?

If a customer doesn't answer the call it will be displayed as a missed call if using a mobile device and will receive an SMS.

If an agent misses a call, they will be notified via the App, SMS, Email or integrated channels such as Slack.

To enable notifications for missed calls, go to:

  • Select the notification and channels you wish to enable for your company and agents.

  • An SMS will also be sent to your customer.
