LimeCall provides the flexibility to change and manage individual agent's working hours.

Go to: Settings > Personal > Working Hours to configure your working hours.

  • Select your timezone:

  • Set your regular working hours

  • Plan holidays or scheduled time away

  • Plan individual breaks into your working days
