This feature enables your visitors to see your phone number instead of an unknown or international number.

Go to Settings > Platform > Caller ID

Here you can select to change the number displayed your agent and the number displayed to your customer.

If you do not make any changes, still there is a default Sender ID which will be masking your LimeCall number.
