If a customer gets in touch with your business outside your office hours, the LimeCall widget will show them a scheduled callback popup instead.
The customer will be permitted to leave their phone number and choose a time for a scheduled callback during your working hours the next day.
This will allow you to capture your interested customers details outside of working hours.
Setting Your Working and Business Hours
There 3 ways to set up your working hours;
1. Widget Operating Hours
Widget > Set Business Hours (Hours your Widget will operate)
Your Widget will be active during the set hours.
2. Personal Working Hours
Settings > Personal > Working Hours (Employee working hours)
Individual users can set their working hours according to planned shift patterns with scheduled breaks and planned holidays.
3. Company Business Hours
Settings > Company > Business Hours (Business operating hours)
Your company's operating hours.
