In the Privacy Section you can add additional text, by default, the widget will inform your visitors that phone numbers will not be used for marketing purposes (you can disable this or customise the text).

Do to this, go to: Widget > Widget Templates > Privacy Note

You may also wish to state this in your companies Privacy Policy as displayed on your site.
